1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777fe ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the 777fe website located at https://777fe.club and all associated services, products, games, and features available through the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 777fe from any jurisdiction, including players located in Pakistan. By creating a 777fe account, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

777fe reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active 777fe account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 777fe platform in any capacity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where access to 777fe has been blocked by regulatory order, or where your use of the platform would cause 777fe to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be opened and operated solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the 777fe platform for any reason, unless that exclusion has been formally lifted by 777fe.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or associate of 777fe or any affiliated company, game studio, or payment processing partner.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 777fe platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or inadvertent — may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held within them, at 777fe's sole discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777fe account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 777fe immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity associated with your account. 777fe will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your 777fe account remains accurate and up to date. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your registered email address, and your registered mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• Automated login tools, bots, or scripts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not use a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You must not allow any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

777fe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select Cryptocurrency networks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 777fe is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 777fe account within seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank typically clear within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the applicable blockchain.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of full CNIC-based identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. 777fe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to review.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 777fe payments team within one business day.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear within 1 hour of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within 1 to 3 business days of approval.
• 777fe does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals. Third-party bank or wallet fees remain the player's responsibility.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing fee upon withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777fe offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 777fe promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• 777fe reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and for any reason prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including collusion with other players or use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. 777fe reserves the right to deduct erroneously credited bonuses from account balances at any time.

6 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games available on the 777fe platform, including live casino games, slots, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and sports betting markets, are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

777fe utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG certification is conducted by independent, internationally recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all RNG games are available within the game's information panel.

• Wagers placed using real-money funds are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed wagers is not permitted except where specifically allowed by the relevant game or market rules.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• In the event of a technical fault, game error, or connectivity failure during active gameplay, 777fe will resolve the affected round using the platform's server-side game log, which constitutes the definitive record of all gameplay activity.
• Bets placed by exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors are void and will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fe platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 777fe platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, display bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus systems, or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use 777fe for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Charging back or reversing any payment made to 777fe through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting 777fe's internal dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777fe staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fe platform — including but not limited to the 777fe brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777fe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777fe platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 777fe content without prior written authorisation from 777fe.

9 Privacy & Data

777fe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on 777fe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 777fe — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, and transaction history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring. 777fe does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

777fe is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge and take effect immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Loss limit reductions take immediate effect.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you can spend on the platform per session or per day.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period under any circumstances.

11 Suspension & Termination

777fe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, cheating, or bonus abuse.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first using 777fe's internal dispute process.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory instruction from 777fe's licensing authority.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of AML checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be refunded upon closure.

You may close your own 777fe account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed in the normal course.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fe and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 777fe platform.

777fe provides the platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not fully enforceable, 777fe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 10,000.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the 777fe platform — including game outcomes, account decisions, bonus resolution, or payment processing — you must first submit your complaint to the 777fe support team via live chat or by email to [email protected].

777fe will acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to the dispute resolution body designated by 777fe's licensing authority, as described in the licensing documentation.

• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Late complaints may not be considered.
• Game round outcomes are determined by reference to the platform's server-side game log, which shall be treated as definitive in the event of any discrepancy.
• Initiating a bank chargeback or payment reversal while an internal complaint is pending constitutes a breach of these Terms.

14 Amendments to Terms

777fe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 777fe will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notification upon login, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 777fe platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Instructions for account closure are provided in Section 11.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fe's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777fe's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contractual agreement.
